Jess Gray, CEO of Gray’s LAMBscaping, has been named a 2024 Virginia Rural Leader, a designation presented by the Virginia Rural Center. The leadership institute accepts individuals who have significantly contributed to rural development through leadership, economic growth, and community service. Gray is one of 28 high-achieving rural representatives selected for the 2024 cohort.

“This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire Gray’s LAMBscaping team. We are committed to positively impacting our community and promoting sustainable practices that benefit everyone,” Gray said.

In addition to her business achievements, Gray is actively involved in local initiatives focused on economic development, environmental conservation, and educational outreach.
