Agrivoltaics Mentorship Program

Are you interested in learning how to start your own solar grazing operation? Join our rigorous training program. You’ll work side-by-side with our shepherds, biologists, and staff over a two-year paid work-study program. Once you complete the Gray’s LAMBscaping Agrivoltaics Mentorship program, you’ll have a profitable solar grazing business and the knowledge to expand operations.

What Sets Us Apart

Our flock of over 800 sheep is distributed across solar farms throughout the East. We’re on pace to expand to 5,500 sheep by 2025, enabling us to service over 10,000 acres of solar farm land.

We Prioritize Animal Health and Safety

We take excellent care of our sheep. They’re monitored full-time by a minimum of two trained shepherds per site. We also invest in top-quality veterinary care, providing routine herd health check-ups and 24/7 telehealth coverage.

We Protect The land and promote biodiversity

Our expert team of biologists and shepherds work with your company to create a custom rotational grazing and cross-fencing strategy, designed to optimize soil nutrients, land value, and biodiversity.
